The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as an Alliance & Channel Manager, NAMER. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and executing go-to-market strategies. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in alliance/channel management, business development, or sales, preferably in the enterprise HCM or learning technology space
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
