The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships. Experience in security technology, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is highly valued.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
  1. Partner Strategy & Development: Develop and execute partner strategies to drive mutual business growth.
  2. Business Growth & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner integration.
  4. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about security industry trends and emerging market opportunities to refine partner strategies.
  5. Contract Negotiations & Compliance: Support partnership agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  6. Training & Enablement: Deliver ongoing partner training and enablement programs to equip partners with the necessary resources and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or channel sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in security technology, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Crossbeam a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel 30%-40%.
