Location: Remote (Preferably based in NYC, U.S. East Region a must).
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Development Manager (PDM) to drive growth and success through our strategic partner ecosystem in the U.S. East Region.
The ideal candidate will be a connector with experience in pipeline build and business development and is a confidante to Sales.
Key Responsibilities: Partner Strategy & Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while strengthening relationships with existing partners to drive mutual business growth.Business Growth & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market strategies, joint business plans, and revenue-generating opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate partner performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner integration and success.Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about security industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine partner strategies.Contract Negotiations & Compliance: Support partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Training & Enablement: Deliver ongoing partner training and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped with the right resources and knowledge.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or channel sales.Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in security technology, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Crossbeam a plus).Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
