About this RoleThis role involves managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing deals in Mountain and Pacific time zones. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Ashby, you'll be responsible for owning a curated list of high-fit accounts and geographic territories with significant market potential.
You'll primarily focus on acquiring new logo clients through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts, while also covering existing customer accounts for expansion and upsell opportunities.
The ideal candidate will excel in identifying pain points and business impacts, connecting them to strategic initiatives of leadership teams, and building consensus among key stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Mastery of guiding prospects through their buying process, engaging relevant stakeholders at the right time to create consensus for strategic technology decisions.
- Able to become both a product and industry expert, creating 'Ah ha' moments in collaboration with Solutions Engineers to build momentum and solve customer-specific challenges.
