Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer care by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Grow and nurture customer relationships through every interaction, resulting in measurable customer value.
  3. Document necessary account information and offer customized solutions that benefit customers.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements
  1. Advanced/Bilingual English is required.
  2. This position operates Monday - Friday, with availability from 2 pm to 8 pm, including holidays or weekends.
  3. Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
  4. Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulness.
  5. Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
  6. Demonstrated resiliency in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
  7. Creative problem-solving, eager to find customized solutions.
