El Banco BBVA esta en búsqueda de un Customer Experience Specialist para implementar la estrategia de medición de experiência al cliente, identificar sus puntos de dolor y oportunidades de mejora.
Sus principales desafíos serán: Analizar la visión 360º del cliente.
Comprender a los clientes y analizar la experiência que viven con el banco.
Medición de métricas NPS.
Realizar propuestas de mejora en base a los estudios del cliente.
Crear y analizar customer journeys.
Trabajar junto con distintas áreas para construir productos enfocados en el cliente.
Que te pedimos: Estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a de carreras de Administración, Marketing, Diseño o afines.
Experiência de 2 años en posiciones similares.
Que cuentes con una visión y pensamiento estratégico.
Que seas creativo e innovador.
Se valora experiência en el rubro bancarios o financieros.
