About the Job

As a Customer Experience Director, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll leverage technology, customer journey narration, and data insights to drive business growth and create meaningful customer relationships.

This role is part of our Scaled Client Services team, which focuses on driving customer growth and progression across our SMB segment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning program-wide customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion at AppsFlyer, operating collaboratively within a small team.
  • Developing and executing strategic one-to-many initiatives to deliver value to customers.
  • Creating systems, testing, learning, and optimizing scale initiatives to measure results and improve customer outcomes.
