¿Cuál va a ser tu desafío?
Gestionar y liderar todas las actividades de CX relacionadas a la operación en LATAM, monitoreando el customer journey en todas sus etapas, con foco en la satisfacción de los clientes para poder cumplir con la promesa definida hacia ellos y con las métricas de CX comprometidas por la marca.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?
-Gestión y seguimiento de reclamos de clientes en sus diferentes etapas.
-Mapeo y actualización del Customer Journey para todos los puntos de contacto.
-Definición, análisis y reporte de métricas por punto de contacto.
Análisis de NPS / CSAT.
-Asegurar el cumplimento del roadmap, SLAs y métricas, en tiempo y forma.
-Identificaciones y Mapeo de iniciativas de mejora -Devoluciones de desempeño al resto del equipo de CX a cargo.
-Contribuir al desarrollo de una cultura centrada en el cliente, el desarrollo de nuevos servicios y experiência mejorada, incluida la conversión y retención de clientes.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência en Gestión CX (Customer Experience / Call Center), preferentemente en eCommerce.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
Manejo de plataformas como: Magento, Webcentrix.
Capacidad de conocer la audiencia profundamente, hablar su idioma y generar empatía.
