As a Customer Experience Advocate at SupportYourApp, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' businesses. Our team is dedicated to providing secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
We're looking for an experienced professional who can provide expert-level support via various channels. Your excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships with customers, while your analytical mind will enable you to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Build positive and lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Work securely with customers' sensitive information
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service is a must
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
