Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist (Spanish Speaking). The primary goal of this role is to WOW InEvent's users with guidance and support, while staying connected with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients via chat support, emails, and virtual calls with high energy and active listening.
- Meet CS KPIs of response time, average handling time, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) on all queries.
- Identify issues with customers, investigate queries, and report issues and/or potential improvements to InEvent's development team.
- Stay up-to-date on tech and platform updates.
- Work with team members to test and improve performance using the platform.
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the InEvent product.
Requirements:
- Fluent English to communicate in writing and voice with customers worldwide.
- Fluency in Spanish is a must.
- Experience with Customer Success or similar roles.
- Experience in a SaaS or tech company.
- Outstanding communication skills and empathy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to serve multicultural customers.
- Available to work between 12pm - 8pm EST Tuesday - Saturday.
- Able to continuously learn and grow in a startup environment.
