Job Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Support Consultant to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to clients from over 30 countries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver outstanding customer support via multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails
  2. BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS
  3. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure seamless support
  4. Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams
  5. Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our client's products and services to provide informed support

What You Need to Succeed

  1. Strong English language skills (C1 level) for effective communication
  2. Proven experience in customer-facing roles with analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic
  4. Reliable equipment (personal laptop/computer) and a stable internet connection
