Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Technology Service Line Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing them with the support and resources they need to get the most out of our products and services.
About the Role
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your goal will be to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
