About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team of customer-facing professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving growth. You'll be responsible for managing a book of business consisting of Enterprise and mid-market accounts, building strong relationships with customers at multiple levels, and serving as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Onboarding: Guiding new customers through the onboarding process to ensure smooth and successful implementation.
- Account Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering strong relationships, and trust.
- Financial Management: Managing a book of business of $6M ARR with accounts between $100K - $1.5M in ARR each, providing accurate forecasting, and maintaining a high retention and growth rate.
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer success or renewal. Your expertise in Business Intelligence and AI products, such as MicroStrategy, is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and people skills, project management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with cloud technology and customer success management tools is a plus.
