Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our Customer Success team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. This role involves researching complex technologies, driving customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution, including troubleshooting, internal communication, and providing meaningful feedback.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues related to MuleSoft products and deliver outstanding service to customers.
- Liaise with internal teams on escalated technical issues and create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior experience in Technical Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues.
- Experience in software development and concepts, including debugging with JEE and/or JSE framework.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web-based services.
- Working knowledge of Authentication and Authorisation technologies (e.g., OAuth).
- Experience with databases (e.g., Mongo, MySQL, Oracle).
