Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist (Spanish Speaking) to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to InEvent's users, while staying connected with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch support to clients via chat, email, and virtual calls.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for response time, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate customer queries and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and platform developments.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and improve processes.
- Become a subject matter expert on the InEvent product.
Requirements:
- Fluent English for effective communication with international clients.
- Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
- Experience in Customer Success or related fields.
- Background in SaaS or tech companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to serve diverse clients.
- Availability to work between 12pm - 8pm EST, Tuesday - Saturday.
- Able to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
