- Develop and Strengthen Partnerships: Cultivate and expand relationships with existing channel partners to accelerate revenue growth. Act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with partners to understand their business needs and aligning them with our solutions and goals.
- Strategic Partner Acquisition & Growth: Collaborate closely with the Usercentrics Partner Team (Partner Managers, Partner Enablement, Marketing, BDRs) to identify, onboard, and nurture high-value strategic partners.
- Own and Expand Your Partner Portfolio with Revenue Accountability: Take ownership of a defined partner portfolio, driving measurable revenue growth. Establish and execute individual business plans with partners, including setting clear KPIs, revenue targets, and performance metrics to ensure mutual success.
- Drive Lead Generation & Demand Creation: Actively work with partners to develop and execute demand generation activities, including joint marketing campaigns, events, and co-selling initiatives, ensuring a strong pipeline of partner-driven leads.
