Job Description:

The Customer Success Specialist (Spanish Speaking) will be responsible for guiding and supporting InEvent's users, while staying connected with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to clients via chat, email, and virtual calls.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for response time, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate customer queries and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology and platform developments.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and improve processes.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the InEvent product.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English for effective communication with international clients.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Background in SaaS or tech companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to serve diverse clients.
  • Availability to work between 12pm - 8pm EST, Tuesday - Saturday.
  • Able to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
