Job Description

The Business Partner Professional at Itps will serve as a strategic advisor to the business, providing expert HR and commercial knowledge to achieve commercial goals. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, as well as human resources principles and practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Talent Management area to identify needs, provide guidance and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning.
  • Deliver training programs included as part of the HR catalog, participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
  • Follow up to ensure training objectives are met, working in conjunction with Recruitment Center to support recruitment activity.
  • Develop and lead meetings/events and presentations based on the responsibilities of an HRBP.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
