About the Team

Our LATAM Enablement team is dedicated to driving business growth through effective sales enablement initiatives. We're seeking an experienced Enablement Business Partner to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing sales enablement strategies, with a focus on driving business outcomes and improving customer conversations. They will be responsible for collaborating with Sales Leaders to develop tailored enablement programs that meet the unique needs of our Sales organization.

Responsibilities will include analyzing sales metrics, identifying gaps in enablement, and developing targeted programs to address these gaps. The successful candidate will also be responsible for architecting learning experiences and solutions that up-level sellers' skills, driving phenomenal customer conversations.
