About Modus Create

We are a company that helps the world run better. Our Cx Ecosystem Development Leads ensure that our Mutual Understanding and Regional partners receive the necessary support to generate SAP CX business impact.

The EDL provides CX-focused support for our Intelligent Enterprise Reseller Partners, helping them develop structured business plans that include marketing and business development activities, Qualified Partner Packaged Solutions, target account mapping, and joint GTM initiatives.

They will manage up to 4 ultra-high-touch Cross-Regional CX Focus partners within their designated region or country alignment.

The primary outcome will be developing new pipeline opportunities with existing CX sell-authorized partners or activating dormant partners and expanding sourcing of new CX business with non-sell-authorized partners.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience of developing and growing reseller partners
  • Proven leadership skills in delivering development plans to business leaders
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP CX product portfolio and its competitors
  • Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills
  • Business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, and enablement with partners
  • Strong analytical competencies
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • An executive-level high energy - brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices
  • Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate with independent accountability
