Strategic Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships in today's competitive landscape. Strong expertise in generating revenue, influencing decision-making, and collaborating closely with partners is essential. The ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, adapt offerings to meet customer needs, and manage the operational sales pipeline and forecast tracking process is critical.
A strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills is required. The ability to build a strong team culture focused on meeting the needs of our clients and internal customers, including sales and customer success, is also essential. In addition, the candidate should have a solid understanding of the XM category, customer, employee, and brand experience, as well as access to a diverse set of leadership, cross-functional departments, external executive relationships, and more.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end 'sell with Partner' activities, driving revenue generation through Partners, and managing the operational sales pipeline and forecast tracking process throughout the cycle. Collaborating with Partners to manage a territory, adapting partner offerings to their market, and connecting customer needs to XM related offerings are also key responsibilities.
Results-oriented Partner Management requires developing Partners to execute against Qualtrics GTM plan and understand how to leverage GTM resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration involves working with PEM to build XM GTM campaigns on offerings generated by the PEM + Partner. Deal Support enables Account Executives to sell faster and bigger deal sizes with Partner support.
