About the Role

The Market Insights and Sales Enablement Specialist is a crucial position within our Marketing Team, combining strategic analysis with operational execution to align marketing initiatives with market conditions and business strategy.

  1. Conduct market trend research, competitive analysis, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights that drive business growth.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans based on detailed market analysis, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Closely collaborate with sales and clinical teams to adjust and adapt market strategies, maximizing revenue potential.
  4. Analyze market share KPIs, generating detailed reports and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  5. Manage and optimize sales and marketing CRM tools, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  6. Define and implement actions to drive the adoption of a Commercial Excellence culture, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  7. Provide ongoing support to sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with market strategies and achieving business objectives.
