Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize operations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration, Marketing, Economy, or Engineering); MBA/postgraduate preferred
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with innovative solution implementation capabilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail and collaborative team-working skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (50%+)
- Committed to integrity and compliance with company values and quality standards
- +5 years in sales management, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or mass consumption - Vision Care experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and meet commercial targets, manage key accounts, and build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Skilled in Distributor Management
