Xometry is a leading digital marketplace that connects manufacturers with buyers from Fortune 1000 companies. We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team and assist in various sales-related activities.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth sales operations, providing essential support for customer interactions, account management, and internal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in coordinating multiple tasks to enhance the efficiency of our sales team.

  • Develop Customer-Facing Sales Materials & Presentations:
    Create polished and professional sales decks, proposals, and other collateral to support customer meetings and sales initiatives.
    Collaborate with the sales team to tailor materials to specific customer needs and industry trends.
  • Generate Ad-Hoc Reports & Analysis for Sales Strategy:
    Provide data-driven insights to assist sales representatives and managers in making informed decisions.
    Prepare reports on customer purchasing behavior, market trends, and account performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling Quote & Accounting-Related Escalations
  • Monitoring & Managing Customer Credit Limits
  • Coordinating Customer Onsite Visits

Qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Proficient with Salesforce (able to create reports and dashboards)
