Sales Specialist Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a deep understanding of the electrical engineering market. They will be able to communicate effectively with customers, develop marketing strategies, identify new market opportunities, and cultivate strong business relationships.


As a Sales Specialist at ABB Schweiz AG, you will contribute to the Electrification Smart Buildings initiative, driving sales growth and expansion in the Low Voltage electrical equipment market. You will work closely with Ingeniero de Ventas Sr. and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.


Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct Sales or Sales-related roles, with demonstrated negotiation skills and expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field, with proven experience in Sales.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, teamwork-oriented mindset, and results-driven approach.
  • Foster a customer-centric attitude, driven by curiosity, proactivity, optimism, and resilience.
