Cx Ecosystem Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cx Ecosystem Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our partners have the necessary support to generate business impact with our SAP CX product portfolio.
The successful candidate will provide cx-focused support for our reseller partners, enabling them to leverage structured business plans and develop cross-lob initiatives. This role involves managing high-touch partnerships and supporting existing partners to develop intelligent enterprise strategies that incorporate cx into their business planning.
You will work closely with our global operations, marketing, partner readiness, and gtm teams to drive sales pipeline, demand gen, and enablement with partners. Your primary outcome will be to develop new pipeline opportunities with existing or dormant partners and expand sourcing of new cx business with partners without cx sell authorization.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in developing and growing reseller partners
- Proven leadership skills in delivering development plans to business leaders
- Knowledge and understanding of the sap cx product portfolio and its competitors
- Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills
