About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Performance Enablement Specialist to drive business growth through effective sales enablement initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to design and execute enablement programs that drive results and improve customer conversations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales enablement, with a strong understanding of sales metrics, industry trends, and emerging technologies. They will be able to analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted enablement programs to address these areas.
Responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams to craft integrated quarterly and annual plans, architecting learning experiences and solutions that drive business outcomes, and driving adoption of enablement programs.
