Oyster is revolutionizing global employment, empowering individuals worldwide to access opportunities. As an Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing enablement programs for our Customer Experience (CX) organization.

About the Role:

  1. Create a comprehensive enablement roadmap that aligns with the skills and competencies of CX roles, fostering personal and professional growth.
  2. Leverage Oyster's performance management framework to develop tailored enablement programs for each CX position.
  3. Equip managers with the necessary tools, skills, and processes to excel in performance management.
  4. Collaborate with the GTM Onboarding Manager to ensure seamless continuity between onboarding programs and employee experience.
  5. Balance training, coaching, and mentoring (70:20:10) to create effective enablement programs.
  6. Partner with internal L&D experts and subject matter specialists to develop best-in-class training resources and content.
  7. Evaluate the success of enablement programs, making iterative improvements to optimize outcomes.
  8. Regularly assess CX capabilities through collaboration with team leads, quality teams, shadowing, customer feedback, and business insights.
  9. Develop and facilitate a Customer Experience leadership program alongside colleagues from our central Learning and Development team.
  10. Work closely with Customer Experience leaders to define success metrics and KPIs for your team.

Your Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, delivering, and maintaining world-class enablement programs tailored to various roles.
  • 2+ years of managing learning and development resources.
  • Proven track record of using effective evaluation methods to ensure enablement success.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in Success or Support.
  • Able to engage diverse audiences through distributed toolsets, such as Zoom, Slack, Notion, Loom, etc.
  • Experience defining metrics to measure success and reporting achievements.
  • Highly collaborative approach with agility in navigating change and aligning teams around objectives.
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize work, plan, execute, and delegate tasks within the CS and Enablement teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
