En Grupo QuintoAndar nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Classifieds Customer Success Team Lead para liderar una de nuestras iniciativas estratégicas
El principal objetivo de customer success es garantizar que nuestros clientes logren los resultados esperados, lo cual también trae un mayor customer lifetime value para la compañía.
Buscamos a alguien con una visión estratégica de customer satisfaction y que al mismo tiempo resuelva los problemas de forma pragmática y escalable.
**Responsabilidades del rol**: Estructurar el customer journey del cliente.
Onboarding : entregar capacitaciones on time y de calidad, que garanticen el éxito del cliente en el proyecto desde el inicio.
Esto involucra crear capacitaciones, coordinaciones internas, calendario de eventos, activar productos, etc.
Ongoing relations : garantizar la correcta implementación de los productos.
Ayudar al cliente con dudas que pueda tener.
Estructurar reportes mensuales que provean oportunidades de mejora para el cliente y de upsell, manteniendo foco en la fidelización del cliente.
Crear el equipo de backoffice operacional del proyecto (rutinas, procesos, pitch de llamadas telefónicas, gestión de calidad) Realizar análisis estratégicos de las cuentas para identificar oportunidades y riesgos en términos de rentabilidad.
Liderar el equipo de account executives y de backoffice del proyecto.
Establecer procesos y vías de comunicación con otras áreas como trade marketing, online marketing, operaciones, comercial, para asegurar el éxito del proyecto.

Experiência previa liderando equipos de trabajo y en roles similares.
Tengas buenas habilidades de comunicación y facilidad para interactuar con stakeholders internos y clientes.
Sepas estructurar procesos y pongas atención en los detalles.
Puedas tomar decisiones con información limitada.
Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos de forma pragmática y de analizar la rentabilidad del cliente.
Inglés avanzado.
