About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Sr Analyst to join our team at Lazo. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have a seamless onboarding experience and achieving their financial and legal goals through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the onboarding process, providing clear understanding of our platform and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor clients' progress and use of our services, identifying opportunities to promote or sell additional services (upselling/cross-selling).
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer problems and improve our services based on customer feedback and ideas.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field.
- Experience in establishing relations with C-Level executives.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with advanced English level.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with leaders.
