Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer success management, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative personality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive customer success outcomes within the C&RS team.
  2. Engage with clients to provide insights for increased renewal rates and reduced churn.
  3. Influence future lifetime value through driving higher Ratings Direct and Credit Analytics product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in customer-facing organizations with a deep knowledge of Customer Success Management, Sales, and Client Services.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
