**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Resident Experience Agent to join our team at Sagan Recruitment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Spanish. They will also possess 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of handling high-volume calls, emails, and chats.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and instant chat
- Assist homeowners, realtors, and builders with inquiries and service requests
- Actively manage live chat conversations and escalate to the appropriate team as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system
- Ensure a positive customer experience by using creative problem-solving and technology-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with internal training to continuously improve professional skills

Required Skills and Qualifications
