¿Qué desafíos te esperan?¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Realizar llamados para responder de manera rápida y eficiente a las preguntas y preocupaciones de los clientes.
- Garantizar que la experiencia sea única y diferencial.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes.
- Brindar soluciones efectivas y de calidad.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia de al menos 2/3 años en posventa o reclamos preferentemente
- Secundario terminado
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes, 3 dias de 8 a 18hs y 2 dias de 9 a 18hs
