Key Responsibilities:
• Present SAP CX solutions to prospective and existing customers, highlighting the benefits of our Lead to Cash and Service business processes.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies and create product materials that inspire our sales force.
• Expand our installed SAP base and capture new clients across various industries, including Utilities, Retail, CPG, Wholesale, and Telco.
• Develop specialized knowledge in SAP Sales & Service or other world-class Sales and Service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers as a trusted advisor, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or English.
• Extensive experience in pre-sales and supporting complex, multi-solution architectures.
• Deep knowledge and experience in SAP Sales & Service or another world-class Sales & Service solution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
