Client Services Specialist - Customer Success

Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00/hour

Location: International Contractor

Job Type: Full-Time

Minimum Experience: Intermediate-level

To be considered for this position, you must be fully Bilingual in English & Spanish.

As a Client Services Specialist at GBS Group, you will work closely with the Client Success Team. The mission of the Client Services Specialist is to deliver exceptional client service by offering valuable information, attending to the clients' needs to consistently create a positive first impression, and effectively handling call transfers and redirecting inbound sales calls. The Client Services Specialist must have a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Being able to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  2. Measure Client Satisfaction (CSAT) and Experience (CX).
  3. Prepare documents and reports for the management team when needed.
  4. Ability to empathize with our clients and understand their needs to respond effectively and efficiently.
  5. Ensure client needs are met and the client is satisfied with the information and services provided by proactively communicating with clients.
  6. Analyze and identify relevant information to communicate with management any issues that might arise.
  7. Support startup administrative functions and other departments as needed.
  8. Facilitate and prepare proposals for new clients or client renewals.
  9. Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm is ideal but not required.
Qualifications:
  1. Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  2. Prior customer service experience (at least 2 years).
  3. Extraordinary interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge in Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
  5. Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
