Overview: Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center provides back office and customer service support to the North America (US and Canada) and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Lead experience cloud portal configuration including building new pages, helping marketing/customer service manage content, adding more self-service functionality.Understand business requirements and processes and translate them into strategy and solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, program manager, and product owners to build out experience cloud offerings.Identify unused or underutilized platform features to inform future enhancements.Proactive portal maintenance.Collaboration with developers for deep technical enhancements.Work in an agile construct including but not limited to sprint planning, feature breakdown, user story estimation, etc.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.3+ years experience in product knowledge of Salesforce experience cloud, community specialist, or administrator.Experience working in a global operation organization.Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification.Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification.Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.
International Considerations: Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
