Position Summary: As part of a team responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing, and maintaining the Salesforce platform, this Manager leads a group of developers onshore and offshore charged with building scalable solutions within Salesforce.
They coordinate the technical work across all resources on the team and ensure timely delivery of work.
Primary Accountabilities: Technical (65%): Drive development of components through own and subordinate developers' work, responsible for testing and debugging software, review subordinate developers' code for best practices, produce and maintain documentation, serve as a high-level technical resource, create protocols for installation and maintenance, participate in architectural direction for projects, and lead troubleshooting.Leadership (25%): Manage a team of developers, guide and train new staff, lead problem analysis and issue resolution, manage vendor partner resources, and assign work as needed.Strategic (10%): Participate in strategic design sessions ensuring scalability and health of Salesforce org.Required Qualifications: Bachelors' degree in finance, computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field.8+ years of Salesforce development experience demonstrating progression of skills in software design, development, and implementation of highly scalable solutions.Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer I & II, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect.Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Tableau CRM, Pardot, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.Experience leading or working with geographically dispersed development teams.Experience with Agile development practices.Ability to mentor and guide other technical resources.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite or G-Suite.Specific Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Tableau CRM, Pardot, CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, SOSL, Lighting Flows.SQL, Oracle RAC, MaraDB, DB2, and other database products.API Service development and integration using SOAP and REST web services.Docusign or Conga CLM experience, a plus.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
