This role can be located at our Buenos Aires, Argentina or Montevideo, Uruguay regions, which is a remote work schedule. Working hours are 9:00am Central Time to 5pm Central Time. B2 or higher English proficiency is required.

Zinovo is looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Marketing Consultant to join our LATAM team. As a Salesforce Marketing Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing marketing automation solutions for our customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for leading technical design analysis and documentation, developing emails and landing pages using AMPscript, and supporting campaign builds including the code development for email templates, cloud pages, forms, SQL queries, and API integrations. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of cross-functional teams to support subsequent execution and delivery within SFMC's legacy product (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder) as well as cross-cloud architectures within Salesforce's expanding MarTech/AdTech product set (Interaction Studio, Audience Studio/DMP, Ad Studio, Datorama).

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead technical design analysis and documentation, and support subsequent execution/delivery within SFMC's legacy product (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder) as well as cross-cloud architectures within Salesforce's expanding MarTech/AdTech product set (Interaction Studio, Audience Studio/DMP, Datorama).
  2. Create technical, integration, and data design documentation.
  3. Develop emails and landing pages using AMPscript.
  4. Design and implement modules like Journey Builder towards omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  5. Support campaign builds including the code development for email templates, cloud pages, forms, SQL queries, and API integrations.
  6. Support the Marketing Cloud preference center or other third-party preference center applications and capabilities.

Who You Are:

  1. English proficiency of C1 or higher (certificate).
  2. 3-5 years of client-facing roles leading requirement gathering and documentation.
  3. Directly related email/campaign development and integration experience.
  4. 4+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  5. 6+ years Email Automation/Campaign Management program experience.
  6. Deep, hands-on technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud's (SFMC) data extension architecture, integration capabilities, and automation capabilities.
  7. 4+ years working experience with AMPscript (ExactTarget).
  8. Deep knowledge of building data extensions.
  9. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Data Cloud Specialist, AgentForce Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
  10. Deep knowledge and working experience with HTML and CSS.
  11. Working experience with JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3/jQuery.
  12. Demonstrated knowledge and possible experience with other MA tools such as Marketo, Ortto, HubSpot is a huge plus.
  13. Experience working with Marketing Cloud integration to Data, Sales, and Service Cloud.
