Global Director, Business Development

Brightscout is on the lookout for a Director of Growth to spearhead our new business, sales, and growth efforts. This role is crucial for developing and managing effective marketing and sales strategies, along with campaigns to uncover new opportunities. As an established, strategic-minded marketing and sales professional, you'll have a winning track record and a passion for driving growth. This position is not just about hitting targets; it's about building a legacy and contributing to the transformative impact Brightscout has on our clients and the broader tech industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be expected to provide a consultative experience to customers, deep-diving into business needs and challenges, then develop strategic and technical solutions that can effectively address client requirements
- Taking sales from prospecting to close, both for outbound sales efforts and inbound referrals/leads.
- Organize and manage for RFI/RFP and prepare/create sales briefs and SOWs.
- Planning marketing and advertising campaigns to enhance sales leads.
- Analyzing market trends to anticipate customer needs and identify future sales opportunities.
- Developing relationships that lead to growth opportunities with new and existing clients in disruptive tech sectors.
- Building and maintaining Brightscout's business value across selling engagements and navigating complex environments.

**Requirements**:
- 8-10 years of experience in consultative sales roles within digital transformation, consulting, or agency settings.
- Demonstrated success in achieving seven-figure quotas and managing complex deal proposals.
- Deep, holistic understanding of creative, tech, and business sectors to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with stellar presentation abilities.
- Self-starter with authoritative presence, capable of independent management and decision-making.
- Based in United States or LATAM, to closely collaborate with our teams and clients.
