About Your Business Area/Department:

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage client relationships effectively.

Summary of the Role:

This position involves overseeing and expanding our portfolio of small to medium-sized client accounts. You will assist clients in their daily operations and may collaborate with senior team members to manage larger accounts.

In this Role, You Will:

- Cultivate existing accounts for assigned small to medium clients, adhering to established procedures.
- Assess client satisfaction, pinpoint new opportunities, and suggest solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Recognize specific needs and expectations of current clients.
- Ensure timely development and implementation of new products and enhancements.
- Monitor operational costs.
- In collaboration with senior management:
- Process operational requests from key clients, delivering exceptional service within defined targets and contractual obligations.
- Ensure clients leverage Amadeus technology effectively, achieving performance and service metrics.
- Keep clients informed about new product releases and solutions.
- Assist in resolving product and technical inquiries directed to customer service or account management.
- Support business and technical consultants in delivering key client processes and recommendations for IT enhancements.
- Aid the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in reporting tasks.
