**IT Functional Relationship Manager - para importante multinacional en relación de dependencia - Zona Norte**
Para sumarse a Nestlé Argentina, una compañía global con oficinas en Buenos Aires (Zona Norte GBA), buscamos un profesional con experiência superior a 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo.
Como gerente de relaciones funcionales de TI de Workforce 360, será responsable de la entrega de servicios de TI E2E para los mercados de la Región del Plata (Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay) en un entorno de servicio compartido en el que tiene un equipo que le reporta directamente. También será responsable de determinar si los proveedores han entregado el servicio, calidad y costo esperados.
El objetivo principal de esta función es brindar servicios de TI y actuar como asesor de TI de la compañía operadora asignada con respecto a las próximas iniciativas de TI que deberán implementarse en el mercado, además de ser el asesor de la gerencia con respecto a las próximas necesidades comerciales del mercado.
**_Requisitos:_**
- Sólida experiência con organización y proyectos empresariales, equipos multidisciplinarios o proyectos de gestión de cambios estratégicos.
- Experiência en manejo de proveedores.
- Habilidades de liderazgo en el área funcional respectiva.
- 5 a 10 años de experiência en SI/TI, incluido el desarrollo, la implementación y el mantenimiento de sistemas ERP integrados a gran escala.
- Historial de conducción de la mejora continua.
- Graduado en carreras relacionadas a Ing. En Sistemas, Lic. En Sistemas y/o similares.
- Nível intermedio/avanzado de inglés (excluyente).
**_ Responsabilidades del puesto:_**
- Asegurar que los servicios requeridos y acordados con los mercados se cumplan de la manera requerida por ellos.
- Administrar eficazmente el presupuesto y los recursos de la unidad, y los programas complejos. Identificar e informar oportunidades de ahorro de costos.
- Supervisar, a través de los equipos de W360 e ITP, los servicios de mercado de Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay en las áreas de infraestructura de TI, que incluyen soporte de servidores, operaciones de centros de datos locales, redes y comunicaciones unificadas, seguridad de aplicaciones y soporte al usuario final y adquisición de IS / IT.
- Gestionar tareas y planes de acción para que todos los equipos locales alcancen los objetivos definidos en los KPI de Seguridad de la Información y Compliance y despliegue de IT Standards.
