We are looking for an experienced onboarding and relationship manager for our Tailwind Product, which is aimed towards smaller operators managing < 50 units.

**What You Will Be Doing**

As an Onboarding and Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by effectively onboarding new properties to our platform and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success in utilizing our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Client Onboarding**:

- Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients onto our platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor the setup accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to property owners and management companies, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all technical aspects are properly configured and implemented.
- Leverage feedback for continuous improvement for onboarding process
- ** Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our services.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our services.
- ** Client Success**:

- Monitor client performance and usage of our platform, identifying areas for improvement and offering solutions to optimize results.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance metrics, provide performance reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for clients' needs, including product enhancements, feature requests, and process improvements.
- Assist in the development of client success materials such as training guides, tutorials, and best practices.
- Solve arising customer problems in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in client onboarding, relationship management, or account management roles.
- Minimum 2 + years of Vacation Rental - Short Term Rental Experience is needed
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proactive and customer-centric mindset, always striving for client success.
- Familiarity with vacation rental industry and property management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and project management software.
