The company headquarters are based in Los Angeles with additional offices in the UK, Canada and Europe.
**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about customer success and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience? As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a vital role in welcoming new clients and guiding them through the SaaS Suite, ensuring they are set up for success.
**Please note**: This position is based in our client's new Puerto Madero office and requires full-time, in-office presence.
**What You'll Do**:
- Be the first point of contact for new SaaS Suite clients, creating a positive and informative onboarding experience.
- Develop and deliver personalized training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to navigate the SaaS Suite effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process, addressing any client questions or concerns.
- Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement within the onboarding process.
- Assist with data migration and system configuration to meet client needs.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success (fluent English required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving client goals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workloads.
- A positive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
