On Boarding Specialist para **_Thomson Reuters Argentina_**

**¿Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades?**
- Envío de mail de bienvenida y creación de credenciales en la plataforma
- Overview de producto
- Ofrecimiento de capacitaciones
- Seguimiento de casos con incidencias
- Acciones de fidelización: entrevistas con clientes, encuestas, asistencia en casos de dudas, campañas de eventos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência laboral en atención al cliente - call center o gestiones administrativas (administración de ventas)
- Estudiante avanzando o graduado de la carrera de derecho (preferentemente pero no es excluyente)
- Manejo de paquete de Office
- Dominio Intermedio del idioma inglés
