Senior Client Services Manager

The Role
As a Senior Client Services Manager at multilocal, you will be part of the Client Services team within the Operations department. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain long-term relationships with sales partners, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to address client needs. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to grasp client requirements and brainstorm effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders among sales partners
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Take ownership of key accounts and create plans to address client business needs
- Schedule regular meetings with sales partners to ensure their satisfaction and educate them on new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and promote value through client experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager, Relationship Manager, or Customer Success Manager in the martech or adtech space
- Experience in promoting value through customer experience
- Background in digital advertising
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- A customer-oriented attitude and obsessive attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
