About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at SupportYourApp. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality customer support services to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including support and sales, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1-C2 levels).
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar position or 2+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience working with various professional business tools.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced with customer support platforms, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, Aircall, or similar.
  • Knowledge: Knowledgeable in Key Performance Indicators and SLAs in customer support, or has familiarity with data analysis and statistics.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with diverse cultures and countries.
