**The role**:
We are seeking a seasoned Retail Growth Manager to lead and inspire our team in Argentina. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the performance of our account managers and sales representatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of account managers and sales representatives.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both distributors and brands within our marketplace, as well as retailers in our retail operations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to develop and execute effective growth strategies.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence and revenue.
- Performance Management: Set clear goals and KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally within a technology, retail or FMCG company.
- Deep understanding of the Argentine market and its unique dynamics.
- Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience in e-commerce and digital marketplaces is a plus.
