The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying New Opportunities: Research industries, organizations, and key contacts to find potential partners.
  • Qualifying Leads: Reach out to prospective partners through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, to determine their interest and qualifications.
  • Tracking Progress: Use CRM tools to monitor outreach efforts, lead development, and partnership progression to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, events, and partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in SaaS, digital marketing, or technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • The ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management.

Bonus Points

Experience with large outbound calls and comfort with hearing 'no' without getting discouraged would be a significant advantage.
