The ideal candidate will be a top cold caller, relentless in their approach, with an entrepreneurial mindset and hacker mentality. They must have a proven track record of success dedicating several hours daily to high-volume cold calling, ideally with parallel dialer experience.
This role emphasizes phone-based outreach; individuals who prefer only email or social media strategies may not find it suitable.
Key Responsibilities- Focused Cold Calling: Dedicate 4–6 hours per day to cold calls using parallel dialer technology to actively prospect and qualify leads.
- Revenue-Focused Mindset: Approach every call with the goal of moving the revenue needle—leads are never just a number.
- Intro Sales Calls: Take anywhere from 412 intro calls per day, with the end goal of qualifying them and booking them into a demo.
