Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a structured outreach strategy to engage potential clients.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms to track interactions and optimize outreach.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to schedule follow-up meetings and demos.
- Continuously refine sales techniques, actively participating in training and coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to persuade and influence prospects while maintaining a professional tone.
- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable with handling objections and rejection.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software, dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated and competitive, with a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work US business hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
