Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a structured outreach strategy to engage potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms to track interactions and optimize outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to schedule follow-up meetings and demos.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques, actively participating in training and coaching sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to persuade and influence prospects while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable with handling objections and rejection.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software, dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated and competitive, with a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work US business hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
